All payments for classes, packages, or memberships are non-refundable

Missed classes do not roll over

Private training requires 24-hour cancellation notice or the session is forfeited

6. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Boxing is a physically demanding sport. By participating in any activity:

You certify that you are physically able to participate

You waive WPBA305 and its staff (including Coach Mario) from liability related to injuries, accidents, or personal loss on gym premises or during training

You may be required to sign a separate waiver before participation.

8. Termination of Services
